Liberty Music PR partners with Eastpak for Black History Month!
Eastpak has appointed Liberty Music PR to lead on the music activation part of its Black History Month.
Each week Eastpak will be sharing and commissioning the works of talented creatives, working closely with artists of color to create a platform where they can celebrate black culture, as well as welcoming allies to join the conversation against racism.
The campaign highlights four emerging independent artists from across the world: Divine Lightbody, R.A.E, R.O.E.. and JYMNTL.
This platform allows the artists to express themselves freely and honestly, through interviews, live performances, and Spotify playlist curation with their favourite songs from Black musicians across different genres and eras to promote positivity, hope and resilience.
In line with Eastpak’s “Built to Resist” motto, the campaign also explores how black individuals are celebrated in media, entrepreneurship, and travel. Conversations, hosted by Chanté Joseph, with Yomi Adegoke, Charlotte Williams, Jay Jay Revlon and Annabel Fignolé instil strength and belief in the audience, encouraging them to laugh in the face of adversity and uncertainty, to find their own voice, and inspire positive resistance.
