Influenced by the mid 00’s emo scene and bands like Paramore, Mayday Parade & Taking Back Sunday, WALWIN has been a staple of the UK’s alternative scene for the past decade as an artist, writer and producer of many influential records. Writing & recording songs for artists like Emma Blackery, Charlie Simpson (Busted,Fightstar) & As December Falls whilst also releasing their own music & touring across the UK, Europe and the US.
Originally from Essex, just on the outskirts on London; spending his teenage years in and out of different alternative bands and learning a range of different instruments before studying music production and then going on to opening a home recording studio. Now WALWIN works as a Music Video Director and Photographer and shoots for some of the UK’s best up & coming pop/alternative acts like Nova Twins & Dani Sylvia. All of his past releases have been self produced/mixed/mastered – as well as other aspects i.e. artwork and video editing have all been a solo endeavour.
